This is caused by:
1. If stools are often detained, it is not good
2. Lack of eating fruits and vegetables.
So to overcome this, if we are exposed to the disease is difficult to defecate:
a. Expand to eat vegetables eg kale, sweet potato leaves, and long beans
b. After eating rice multiply eat papaya
Especially after dinner before going to sleep multiply eat papaya fruit. The next morning I wake up that will undoubtedly be easy to defecate.
