- As clinical as it seeks to understand human nature and its complexity and the continuous adjustment.

- As a scientist, because it uses scientific methods to achieve objectivity and thoroughness in work profersional.

- As a worker profersional, because it emphasizes the importance of service to humanity through artificial individual, group, social, and community that aims to solve psychosocial problems and improve the quality of life.
