These roles emphasize the superiority of the masculine and can not tolerate any trait that gives the impression of femininity or jobs that are considered "women's work".
The concept of egalitarian
Egalitarian concepts (equality) emphasizes individuality and equality between men and women. A role must bring a sense of personal satisfaction and should not be declared fit only for one sex only.
