Various styles of stress
There are 2 styles of stress faced by people are:
a. Stress non-ego envolved
the stress isn't to threaten the fundamental wants or otherwise brought up by alittle stress.

b. Stress-ego envolved
Which stress that threatens the fundamental wants and therefore the integrity of one's temperament. Stress may be a quite ego concerned need correct handling and correct to form changes so the reaction isn't destroyed by it.
