overall activity
Comprehensive activities occur throughout the body when one part of the body is stimulated even the most prominent activity occurs in the stimulated area.

specific activity
Special activities include certain body parts. These activities include reflexes, which is the proper response to specific sensory stimulation and that does not change with repetition of the same stimuli, and the general response that uses the larger muscle groups than the muscles involved in reflexes that can be raised and stimulation from outside or from within.
